A Review of Love Made

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Creation books for children abound. If I had to guess, I think there may be as many of these as there are for the birth, crucifixion, and resurrection of Jesus.

Why then should you consider this book, Love Made? Read the first nine pages and you will know. Author Quina Aragon explores what we rarely teach children and adults for that matter. What was it like before God created our world? I’m not referring to the fact that the earth was formless and void. Rather, “what do we know to be true about God?” Specifically, what was God doing?”

She devotes nine pages of truths and illustrations about God before creation. These are not conjectures. For example, she writes that before creation, God lived in perfect joy. Without spoiling her beautiful, profound descriptions, I’ll quote only one: “He delighted in Himself-One forever-existing, perfect being, Father, Son, and Spirit-all One.” We know how difficult it is to explain the Trinity, especially to children. Aragon shows us the Trinity.

This is a must-have book. Published by Harvest House Publishers, 2019. Ages 3-7.
